However, many people struggle with after-sales service. In fact, if operators pay more attention and maintain the equipment properly, our equipment can significantly reduce malfunctions, extend its service life, lower production costs, and ensure smooth production without constantly pressing the manufacturer for after-sales service.
Paint liquid filling machines require the following maintenance:
1. Check the mold position at each station and adjust any deviations. Ensure the safety door opens and closes properly.
2. Check the air supply pressure and adjust any variations. Ensure the mold mounting bolts are tightened and the sensor probes are functioning properly.
3. Perform a test run to verify the equipment's operating status. Open the main chassis, clean any oil and other debris, and check the tightness of each fastener individually. Tighten any loose components immediately.
4. Lubricate the filling mechanism and sliding mechanisms with lubricating oil. Check the conveyor belt for wear, replace any damaged belts, adjust the clearances between components, and tighten them.
5. Disconnect the main power supply and clean the control box. Inspect all cables and repair or replace any damaged ones. Inspect electrical components and replace any damaged components.
6. Check wiring connections and repair any loose or rusted components. If any components are not functioning properly, repair or replace them.
7. Check the timing belt for wear and replace any severely worn components.
Personnel responsible for the equipment should regularly monitor the operating conditions of the entire equipment and control system, and promptly perform maintenance and repairs if any abnormalities are detected.
